Yes, we most certainly will! We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving an email, but if there is an increased volume of inquiries it may take us 2-3 business days to get back to you. To help us respond to you faster, please only send one email per inquiry.
We have 2 main locations: 5777 West Century Boulevard, Suite 1225, Los Angeles, CA, right next to the LAX, so we can quickly jump on a plane and visit our second location in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, EU, where we make XVIDA products.

Most XVIDA products carry a 1- year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Some products have a different warranty which is expressly indicated under product specifications. You can read more on our warranty here.
Once an order has been submitted, we do our best to pack and ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out much sooner than this). Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays ( we need to catch up on our beauty sleep).
Once an order is placed, we do our best to pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line: “Order cancellation” and be sure to include your order number (or the email address used to place the order) in the body of the email.

XVIDA Power 2 Cases and Wireless Chargers have been completely redesigned and specially optimized to work in 2 charging modes: - iPhone X / 8 / 8 Plus fast charging standard as well as Samsung 10W fast-charge wireless standard. Due to extensive redesign, XVIDA Power 2 Cases wont work with POWER 1 range of chargers, nor will POWER 1 Cases work with POWER 2 chargers.
